Yoga for Senior Citizen

Regular classes for Senior Citizen are an ideal way of Yoga education for daily practice conducted successfully at The Institute since more than 3 years. The classes cover Asanas, Pranayamas, diet and Yogic lifestyle recommendations, personal attention on health and other aspects of life along with counselling.

Participants are divided into groups based on their individual health condition and separate training is given for each group. Additionally, individual attention is given to all students, as required.

If you are physically fit and want to experience yoga, then we recommend joining for the 90 days and then consequently continuing the regular classes for a minimum period of 12 months to experience the difference in your life.

  • Duration

Classes are of 1 and 1/2 hour duration held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (5 Days a Week).

Timings:  6.00p.m.

Participants are expected to attend for at least 3 months to cover the recommended course. They can join on any day of the month.

Health counselling held on Saturdays at 10a.m. is a compulsory pre-requisite even if there are no health issues.


  • Registration & Fees

Registration and fee collection will be done after completion of Health Counselling.
There is no Registration Fees

Monthly Fees: Rs. 250/- per month (50% discount of the normal fee)
